You know what's strange?
Parents that come to career fairs with their college aged child, and do all the talking on behalf of their adult child. This is apparently a thing.

My work has been making a big fitness push lately. We have a wonderful gym facility, and have been recently been adding some group fitness courses, that people seem to enjoy. I’ve taken advantage of all of these opportunities, and don’t take this benefit for granted.

- I felt super cranky and like I might be getting sick this morning until it was 10am and I realized I hadn’t had coffee yet.
- I can’t stop thinking about sushi and miso soup for lunch.

- You should wear shoes to a career fair. Yes I actually saw someone without.
- My elbows are dry.
You know what would be really embarrassing?
If I had taken the dogs for a walk, gone to pick up a prescription, went to the grocery store WHERE I ran into my CEO and his kids, and made it home before I realized that there was a pair of underwear smooshed on the back of my thigh inside my running tights.
This is my work travel season. Currently on day two of back to back travels. I just got to this event after a 3 hour drive to find the building being evacuated for a bomb threat. Two hour wait minimum. My boss told me to just come back.
